Cana Consultants, headquartered in Hyderabad, is an emerging manpower consulting firm established with an aim to provide quality manpower in the areas of IT and Non-IT. The company aims at providing complete range of services including placements, outsourcing, and other workforce solutions. Placements are provided in the senior, middle as well as entry levels. Our mission is to meet the talent acquisition needs of our different clients across verticals / functions.

Our workflow is as following:
Preliminary Screening & Interview
We assess the candidates on parameters like Job Title, Location, Salary Package etc., and conduct preliminary interview in order to assess their competency levels.
Interview with the Employer
We arrange client interviews for only those potential candidates, who have proven satisfactory competency levels, which makes it easier for the employer in the selection process.
Reference Check
Once a candidate is shortlisted by the candidate, we make a formal reference check in the areas such as work ethics, conduct and others.
Closure
The recruitment process is completed by negotiating with both parties and finalizing on CTC, Formal Date of Joining and providing with formal Offer Letter. We also handhold the candidate, even after joining, to make sure that they are smoothly integrated in the organization.
